A European beauty brand had a demanding, impulsive, and dynamic category to manage its portfolio of SKUs. Many SKUs were not visible in the data being reported, and it meant one of two scenarios. Either the data was incomplete, or the retailer had visibility issues.
Action:
Review the reported data SKU by SKU against the retailer website. Check PLP/PDP pages.
Products not shown on PLP, resulting in customers not being able to find the product unless they have the exact search.
Product variants were not showing as available.

PLP & PDP pages were corrected on the retailer site, making it visible to customers (and they can buy it).
