While monitoring the product content on the retailer's online store, the company found that many products had incomplete titles and descriptions.

In July, the average title score on the retailer site was 71.5. The client used a platform to identify products needing title updates and worked closely with the retailer to make improvements.

By the beginning of March, the presence of complete titles for the company’s portfolio increased to 97%. This improvement boosted organic search share, rising from no visibility in previous months to 26% in August and capturing of the market share by September.

Sales performance improved as a result of the enhanced product visibility and information vs June 2022 (+152%).
